What we don't do
We don't do clinical work. Evolving Seeds is not a behaviour support practice, and we have no ambition in that direction. Technology and process design support people — they never replace professional judgement.
That boundary is the reason The Practitioner Gate exists, and it is the reason we can be useful. We improve the process around the clinical work without ever being inside it.
Why care providers
Because the problem is unusually well suited to process work. The documentation obligations are genuine and non-negotiable. The people carrying them are qualified for something else entirely. And almost none of the difficulty is clinical — it is collation, version control, template drift and handover.
Manual first — automate only what's proven.
We map a process by hand before anything is automated, because automating a process nobody has understood is how organisations end up with expensive, fragile systems that no one can maintain once the consultant leaves.
The approach is not specific to the NDIS — it transfers to other regulated care settings, including aged care under the Aged Care Act 2024 and the strengthened Quality Standards. Behaviour support is where the current work is, and that is what we will talk about in detail.
